Hannah received both her bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders and an audiology doctorate from West Virginia University. To further enhance her education, she also served as a student researcher at the university’s Communication Sciences and Disorders Department and worked as an intern right here at Coastal Hearing Centers.
Having grown up seeing a beloved family member wear hearing aids, Hannah always knew she wanted to help people in the medical field in some way. That experience coupled with a period shadowing an audiologist before starting college cemented her calling in audiology.
Working with all age populations, building relationships with patients and their loved ones, and seeing the immediate improvement hearing instruments can provide are among Hannah’s favorite aspects of being a provider. She especially appreciates the ability to tailor hearing and balance care to each patient’s individual needs.
Outside the office, Hannah — an animal lover — enjoys time with her dog, Alf. She also loves running, reading, going to the beach, and finding new restaurants and coffee shops to try.
