Courtney is originally from Dayton, Ohio, and made the Carolinas her home in 2008. She joined the Coastal Hearing Centers team in 2015 and has been a dedicated member ever since. As Patient Care Coordinator, Courtney assists patients with minor hearing aid repairs and cleanings, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort and confidence in their hearing care.

She loves building meaningful relationships, making a difference in people’s lives, and seeing the joy on patients’ faces when they leave with a smile.

Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys camping adventures, relaxing days at the beach, and quality time with her husband, son, and their golden retriever
