Courtney DiMaio brings more than 15 years of health care experience to her role as lead patient care coordinator, including more than a decade with Coastal Hearing Centers. Passionate about creating a positive, patient-centered experience, Courtney takes pride in helping individuals feel confident and supported throughout their hearing care journey. With both professional expertise through completion of the hearing instrument specialist program and a personal connection to hearing loss, Courtney is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of her patients.

Known for her warm leadership style and attention to detail, Courtney also assists with minor hearing aid repairs and helps ensure smooth day-to-day operations for both patients and team members.

Outside of the office, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family in North Myrtle Beach, whether camping, relaxing at the beach, or cheering on her son at soccer games with their golden retriever Lexi by their side.
